Game On!
In the midst of my own March Madness, I am using this spring to renew my commitment to myself. It starts today.
1. If it goes in my mouth, I will write it down and hold myself accountable.
2. At least 30 minutes of effective movement every day. No excuses.
3. At least 5 minutes of intentional deep breathing and meditation every day, in the morning and at night.
I'm ready.
