The housing market has changed so dramatically and the banks have tighted their belts. Along with dealing with a Seller who is difficult, this process has been frustrating and emotionally draining to the point that at times you just want to give up in some ways. But, we keep forging ahead and trying to look towards the end goal of home ownership again.
