ReplyDeleteI JUST started a new May fitness regime and this is JUST what I need. I've gained two pounds this year. Which may not seem like much, but I'm only 4 feet 11 and have lost so much muscle this last year. I really want to fit in my clothes this summer!
Everything is relative, Angie. We have to be comfortable in our own skin. Healthy is what's important. :-)
