Fitness Photo Challenge

Happy May!

The beginning of the month is a great time to start a new challenge, and if health and fitness are among your monthly goals, I have just the challenge for you. 


Just snap a picture and post in a secret Facebook group. Friend me on Facebook and I will add you to the group. Remember to send me a message letting me know that you found the challenge through A Lovely Life, Indeed.

  14. OK KELLY!! I'm in too!! I need to catch up on a few photos! Will you be giving workout tips etc.


    I JUST started a new May fitness regime and this is JUST what I need. I've gained two pounds this year. Which may not seem like much, but I'm only 4 feet 11 and have lost so much muscle this last year. I really want to fit in my clothes this summer!
